Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Background and Aims: Faculty member’s development at present and with regard to recent developments in various fields of medical education, is very important. This issue is so important various programs have been conducted in different countries. In this review article we try to identify the various aspects of empower faculty members in medical education in Iran and worldwideMaterials and Methods: In this review study, by using the key words of faculty member development, medical education, medical universities and their English equivalents, studies from 2000 to 2014 in the database, Scopus Google scholar, Pub med were searched. Finally, to analyze the different aspects of empowerment programs, related articles, studies and various aspects of the programs, were studied.Results: According to results, entries were grouped into four categories: 1) analyze the content of faculty development programs, 2) educational methods used in faculty member development programs, 3) the type of interventions used in faculty member development programs, 4) faculty development outcomes.Conclusions: Promoting empowerment programs in medical education, need to use a wide variety of content for implementation, qualitative and mixed methods studies and use of multiple and high level data sources. However, if we believe that faculty development programs, improves professional skills and qualifications of the faculty members, accordingly, using a systematic plan to evaluate the results of the program can be improved empowerment programs. As a result, faculty members and individuals involved in empowerment programs must continue to reflect the inherent weaknesses of traditional empowerment programs and at the same time, it should be noted that the faculty development is complex process and has intertwined structure.

ABSTRACT Over the past 50 years since the first research in the field of urban development implementation plans, there has been a noticeable absence of a comprehensive literature review on this topic in the global arena. This article provides a textual analysis related to the subject of urban development implementation plans, to identify important and recurring themes alongside analyzing the relationships between authors, journals, and countries in this field. Along with the bibliographic analysis, documents related to the field of urban development implementation plans were reviewed to identify influential indicators in their implementation. To this end, 456 scientific articles were extracted from the Scopus scientific database as of October 28th, 2022, and analyzed using scientometric software. These analyses include examining author keywords, country co-authorships, journal bibliographic coupling, and author co-citations. In this study, 74 final indicators were identified as the most recurrent indicators in this field. The bibliographic analysis also produced several noteworthy results. The United States is the most active country in this field, with a link strength of 40 and 176 articles. Berke, P. is the most influential author in this field, with a link strength of 1623 and 99 citations. Among the journals examined, "Land Use Policy" has the highest bibliographic coupling strength of 84, and the "Journal of the American Planning Association" has the highest number of documents related to this field, with 22 documents; finally, among the identified. Extended Abstract Introduction The implementation of urban development projects has been a neglected topic in public policy research, despite its critical importance in ensuring the success of such projects. While there have been numerous studies on the factors that contribute to the success or failure of policy implementation, there has been a lack of systematic reviews on the subject of implementation as a whole. This study aims to address this gap in knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of the implementation process of urban development projects. The study begins by collecting and categorizing existing research in the field, focusing on three main questions: -What are the key indicators for successful implementation? -What are urban journals and articles' current trends and performance? -How do countries and researchers collaborate in this area? The study also examines the relationships between authors, publishers, and different types of documents through bibliographic analysis. Ultimately, this study highlights the need for further research and a more structured approach to understanding the implementation process of urban development projects.   Methodology This study examined the literature related to implementation and evaluation plans in urban and land use planning. The authors used the Scopus database to extract and collect data, focusing on combining the keywords "implementation-plan" and "evaluation-plan" in the keywords, abstracts, and titles. Initially, 621 studies were extracted, but 456 articles were selected as the final database after filtering out non-article documents. The authors observed a general upward trend for studies from 1968 to 2022, with a significant increase in the slope of the trend from 2007. However, a slight decrease in studies was observed in 2021 and 2022, possibly due to the global pandemic and the emergence of new related topics. The authors used a four-stage process to analyze the bibliographic subject of the study, including simultaneous occurrence analysis, co-authorship analysis, bibliographic coupling analysis, co-citation analysis, content analysis, and thematic analysis. The authors identified the selected articles' research objectives, methodologies, findings, and main themes and sub-themes. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the literature on implementation and evaluation plans in urban and land use planning.   Results and discussion This research aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation and execution of urban development plans using bibliometrics and systematic analysis. The study considers evaluation as a crucial part of the implementation process and seeks to answer three fundamental questions. Firstly, it identifies effective indicators of implementation and execution globally. Secondly, it examines the trends and performances of new articles and urban journals. Thirdly, it investigates the pattern of cooperation among countries and researchers. The study identifies 74 general indicators that significantly impact the implementation process of urban plans. The results show that "performance evaluation," "effectiveness," "land use," "zonation," "participation," "program quality," and "implementation program" are critical indicators in this area. The study also highlights the importance of evaluation in the discussion of program implementation and its separability from the implementation process. Using the scientometric software VOSviewer, the study analyzed 68 keywords related to the bibliographic topic. "Program evaluation" obtained the first place, followed by "Program implementation" and "Program quality." The co-authorship analysis based on author items revealed that Berke, P. has the highest number of citations and link strength. Additionally, the study found that 72 countries have research in this field, with 22 countries having at least 5 citations that were clustered into 5 clusters by the software. The "land use policy" journal had the highest link strength, and the "Journal of the American planning association" had the highest number of documents related to this field. In conclusion, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers and researchers interested in urban development planning. It comprehensively examines the implementation and execution of urban development plans, identifies effective indicators, and investigates the pattern of cooperation among countries and researchers. The study highlights the importance of evaluation in the implementation process and its separability from the implementation process.   Conclusion The main goal of this research was to fill the gap in research on the implementation and execution of urban development projects in the field, as no systematic review of the topic has been conducted from a global perspective since the first research in this field about half a century ago. Only in some studies, such as those by Talen (1996), Oliveira & Pinho (2010), Rudolf & Grădinaru (2017), has the evaluation of implementation been systematically reviewed, or the systematic review of experiences in a specific urban area, such as the review of various experiences in the Beijing urban area (Chu, 2020). In this research, with the comprehensive approach that the evaluation of implementation is an integral part of the overall process of implementing and executing urban development projects, this process has been examined from the perspective of bibliometrics and systematic analysis of this field. The main difference of this research, which makes it completely new, is firstly having a comprehensive approach to the implementation field, where program evaluation is only an important part of its structure, and secondly, using the scientometric software VOSviewer for the first time in this field. In essence, the conclusive outcomes of this investigation were entirely novel and exhibited some partial congruences with antecedent studies in the domain of appraising and discerning indicators. Significantly, this research has conferred a systematic appraisal of the literature concerning the urban implementation and execution of projects, which is an unprecedented contribution. It should be acknowledged that this is an initial survey of data intended to offer a comprehensive outlook on this scholarly field, and thus it is subject to certain limitations, such as its confinement to the Scopus database. As such, it is recommended that future research endeavors encompass an analysis of additional databases and undertake comparative evaluations of the results. In the present time, with the advancement of communication and information technologies, especially in security and law enforcement agencies, knowing, is a huge advantage and ignorance, will be irreversible weaknesses. Obviously, in knowledge-based enterprise development processes, knowledge and information flow is considered to be key components of the development strategy. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of law enforcement knowledge flow, technology and innovation tailored to the specific conditions and potentials for organizational development in the police. This article has been written and reviewed by combining two trends from the field of studies with library and documentary methods and by using the upstream documents, expert opinions, authoritative scientific and empirical sources, is designed and presented the proposed model. The society and the statistical sample were selected from the elite group at the level of high-level law enforcement officers, 15 people for depth interviewing in order to explore the components and model indices. The research results of the researchers are in the conclusion of their findings: In general, each of the components of law enforcement information and knowledge flow (including the creation of an innovation environment, the capture of law enforcement information, information sharing, knowledge creation and execution of law enforcement knowledge) directly affects each of the organizational development interventions and it is necessary to carry out the next study through the survey to explain the validity of the proposed model and determine the impact of each of the components on each other.

In light of recent price swings in oil and the need to reduce the country's dependency on the commodity, the government of Nigeria has implemented a number of reforms and initiatives to stimulate the non-oil sector of the economy, most notably the informal sector. Government financial support as interventions would have otherwise been a relief in changing the narrative of ugly financial accessibility of participants in the informal sector. The level of financial accessibility and its relationship to the economic performance of participants in the informal sector have been largely understudied. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to assess the shortcomings of current government interventions in the informal sector and to provide a viable financial intervention structure to address these issues. This research included both primary and secondary sources of information. Questionnaires were used to collect primary data from respondents. A total of 700 informal sector participant who are mainly SMEs operators, 300 registered and 400 unregistered, were chosen using a purposeful selection technique from the six states of Southwest Nigeria. Data was examined in two ways using SPSS: descriptive and inferential. Thus, the study showed the flaws of the past interventions, such as a faulty programme design, bias in the distribution of financing facilities, a lack of knowledge about the facilities, and convoluted procedures for gaining government funding support.

According to the latest report from the World Health Organization (2023), 1. 35 million people die in traffic accidents worldwide each year (1). Accidents are the leading cause of death among children aged 5 to 14 and young adults aged 25 to 29 and the eighth leading cause of death for adults. Additionally, injuries and disabilities resulting from accidents inflict irreparable damage on societies. In Iran, the Welfare Organization covers 31, 270 individuals with spinal cord injuries, 60% of whom were disabled due to traffic accidents, and traffic accidents are the third leading cause of homelessness among female heads of households (2)...

According to circumstances of traditional international law humanitarian interferences was affected the possibility of use of force by states. The use of force gradually was prevented since the early decades of the 20th century and then transformed into a fundamental principle of international relations. By the end of the Cold War interferences rarely took place with humanitarian intentions. After the Cold War era and fundamental changes that happened to the international order and system, and because of some crisis around the world, there have been done activities under the new humanitarian interference approach. However, some new procedures are taking shape that would affect international politics, international law and the national policy-making processes. This article intends to survey and analyze the transformation of the international system, changes in the UN Security Council attitudes and functions toward international peace and security issues, essence of some crises and new approach of some regional arrangements to humanitarian affairs.

This study attempted to investigate some socio-economic parameters concerning the development of entrepreneurship of the banks’ members. For this purpose, researchers chose Grameen Bank (GB) of Bangladesh, which received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006. On the basis of proportionate stratified sampling, respondents were selected from different branches (2200) of Grameen Bank in Bangladesh. The total sample of the study included 750 respondents. A constructed questionnaire was used to collect data, and SPSS and Decision Analyst Stats 2. 0 software packs were used for analyzing data. Different statistical tools (T-test, Correlation Coefficient, and ANOVA) were also used to analyze data. The results of the study show that the level of new small business initiatives by the Banks’ customers has increased significantly. The results also show that the new business opening rate was high at the beginning of the membership. Therefore, the data reveal that the contribution of the Grameen Bank in providing funding to small and medium enterprises. Empirical evidence suggests that socio-economic conditions have significantly persuaded customers to become entrepreneurs by the bank’s loan and credit program. The outcomes of the present study will be helpful for GB authority, policy makers, and customers to make appropriate decisions and make friendly policies about entrepreneurial development and enterprise proliferation.
